India-based BPM firm 1Point1 Solutions Limited has completed the acquisition of Netcom Business Contact Center S.A. (Netcom BCC) in a deal valued at USD 33.37 million, marking its entry into the Central and Latin American markets.

The acquisition strengthens the company’s global delivery network and expands its capabilities in the banking and financial services sector.

With the transaction finalised, 1Point1 Solutions will establish a nearshore presence across Costa Rica, Colombia and Panama. The move is expected to improve the company’s ability to serve clients across North, Central and Latin America, particularly in regulated and bilingual customer experience environments.

Netcom BCC specialises in business process management services for banks and financial institutions. Its offerings include collections, KYC and verification workflows, fraud monitoring, customer onboarding and credit administration. The acquisition is expected to strengthen 1Point1’s presence in the BFSI segment, which remains its largest vertical globally.

According to the company, the integration of Netcom BCC could nearly double its revenue by the financial year 2027. The firm has also outlined plans to pursue around 25% annual growth while maintaining EBITDA margins in the range of 25–30%, supported by operational efficiencies and investments in technology and talent.

Akshay Chhabra, Chairman and Managing Director of 1Point1 Solutions, said, “Netcom strengthens our BFSI capabilities and establishes a strategic nearshore presence in Latin America, enabling us to serve clients with greater agility and regulatory alignment. Following the acquisition, 1Point1 Solutions operates nine delivery centres across five continents and serves more than 100 clients worldwide with a workforce of over 8,000 professionals.

The company said it plans to pursue two to three additional acquisitions over the next three to four years as part of its global expansion strategy.
