ProLearn, an AI-native learning platform, has raised INR 30 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by BEENEXT, with participation from Eximius Ventures, Antler, and a group of angel investors.

The company plans to use the funds to accelerate product and engineering development, strengthen its AI infrastructure, expand curriculum-aligned content, and scale its go-to-market efforts ahead of its public launch.

Founded in April 2026 by former Vedantu technology leader Ravneet Singh, ProLearn is building a real-time, interactive AI learning companion for students across K-12 and competitive exams. The platform is designed to provide personalised learning support, helping students understand and practice concepts at their own pace.

Explaining the idea, Ravneet Singh, Founder and CEO, ProLearn, said, “Most online learning products today still replicate the classroom model on a screen. The idea behind ProLearn is simple: every student should have access to a personal tutor who understands how they learn and adapts in real time.”

The platform focuses on major academic and test preparation segments, including JEE, NEET, UPSC, and CAT. It aims to move beyond passive video-based learning by offering a conversational AI tutor that interacts with students, asks questions, and adjusts based on individual progress.

Singh further added, “We are focused on leveraging AI to make education genuinely interactive and scalable, especially in a market where personalised attention has historically been expensive.”

Highlighting the company’s approach, Singh said, “Education is not only a pedagogy problem, but also a psychology problem. A student makes a friend first and learns from that friend second.”

Over the next year, ProLearn plans to launch its flagship AI companion, expand subject coverage, support additional Indian languages, and onboard its initial user base. The company aims to build a scalable learning solution for students across both urban and emerging markets.
