According to the F&S Report cited in the DRHP, India’s full-service dining market was valued at approximately INR 1.52 lakh crore in FY26 and is projected to reach INR 2.18 lakh crore by FY30, growing at a compound annual growth rate of around 9.4%.
Casual dining restaurants accounted for more than 95% of the full-service dining market in FY26. The report identifies rising disposable incomes, urbanisation, changing consumer preferences and demand for differentiated dining experiences as factors supporting market growth.
