Confido Health has raised a USD 12.5 million Series A extension led by Z47 (formerly Matrix Partners India), following its USD 10 million Series A announced in September. The company said the extension was completed in February. Healthcare private equity investor Justin Saks joined as an investor and board advisor, and existing investors Together Fund and Blume Ventures also participated.
“Now that we have access to so much of the system of record, it’s time for a technology to exist that can truly add capacity by becoming that system of action,” said Chetan Reddy, Co-founder and CEO, Confido Health.
Confido is expanding beyond AI voice agents to an agentic AI operating system that executes administrative workflows across a medical practice. The company now works across more than 1,500 sites of care in 27 states, mostly independent practice groups, reaching about 3,200 providers.
“Healthcare administration is a trillion-dollar cost center, and for decades the only way to manage it was to hire more people. Confido is building AI staffing for healthcare,” said Vikram Vaidyanathan, Partner and Senior Managing Director, Z47.
