L Catterton Appoints Chetan Naik as Managing Director 

L Catterton, a global consumer-focused investment firm, has appointed Chetan Naik as Managing Director to strengthen its India operations. Based in Mumbai, Naik will work with Sanjiv Mehta, Executive Chairman, L Catterton India, and Partner Vikram Kumaraswamy to expand the firm’s investment platform in the country.

Naik joins L Catterton from 360 ONE Asset, where he spent more than 6 years leading investments across the consumer and consumer technology sectors. He brings nearly two decades of experience in private equity, venture growth and finance. 

During his tenure at 360 ONE Asset, Naik led investments across categories including beauty and personal care, fashion and apparel, packaged food and beverages, consumer internet, food delivery, health and wellness, quick commerce, restaurants and cloud kitchens. He has also worked closely with founders and management teams to scale businesses and drive value creation.

The appointment comes as L Catterton looks to deepen its presence in India, where rising consumer spending and changing consumption patterns continue to create investment opportunities across multiple sectors.
