Fixxly
Fixxly, quick commerce startup in building materials, has raised USD 5.5 million in a seed funding round led by Accel, Fireside Ventures, and Lightspeed India Partners.
The Bengaluru-based startup will use the fresh capital to strengthen its technology platform and expand operations ahead of its commercial launch on September 1, beginning with Bengaluru before expanding to other cities.
Founded in 2026 by Shezan Bhojani and Sachith Varma, Fixxly enables contractors, interior designers, tradespeople, and homeowners to order construction materials on demand, with deliveries in as little as 30 minutes through an AI-powered network of local dark stores.
Shezan Bhojani, Co-founder and CEO of Fixxly, said, “We started Fixxly with one belief: no site should lose a working hour because a single item didn’t arrive. The people building India, the electrician, the plumber, the contractor running four sites at once are professionals, and their time is money. Fixxly exists to ensure the right material reaches the site when it’s needed, every time.”
The company aims to address inefficiencies in India’s fragmented building materials supply chain, where delays in sourcing essential items often disrupt construction timelines.
Hegdinvst
Chennai-based alternative investment manager raised USD 1.3 million (INR 11.5 crore) in a Series A funding round, surpassing its initial target of USD 1.1 million (INR 10 crore). The round was backed by a select group of domestic and international high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), reflecting investor confidence in the firm’s investment philosophy and long-term growth strategy.
Fresh capital will primarily be used to strengthen the sponsor and manager commitment for Hegdinvst’s proposed SEBI Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). Of the total capital raised, INR 10 crore has been earmarked towards the mandatory sponsor commitment, in addition to the fund manager’s own commitment.
The company believes that investment managers ought to have significant personal capital invested with their clients. Following this belief, the firm’s capital commitment adds to the considerable personal investment already made by Aditya Bhandari, Founder and Managing Partner, in both Hegdinvst’s current Category II fund and the planned Category III fund, strengthening the alignment between the manager and the investors.
Commenting on the fundraise, Aditya Bhandari, Founder and Managing Partner, Hegdinvst, said: “The successful completion of this oversubscribed round reflects a clear shift in investor expectations. Increasingly, investors want to partner with fund managers who have meaningful capital invested alongside them and who demonstrate disciplined underwriting over asset gathering. That principle has been central to Hegdinvst since inception, and this capital further strengthens our commitment to building a platform where investor and manager interests remain fully aligned.”
Revspot
Revspot, a Bengaluru-based AI-native platform founded in 2024 by Darshan Subash, Chirag Wadhera and Varun Garg, has raised USD 4.8 million in a Series A funding round. The company focuses on automating qualified pipeline generation for high-ticket B2C businesses. The round was co-led by Inflexor Ventures and Info Edge Ventures, with participation from Pentathlon Ventures, Silicon Road Ventures and existing investor Titan Capital.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen product and engineering capabilities in India, enhance buyer intelligence and AI-powered lead qualification infrastructure, expand into new high-ticket B2C sectors and to grow customer presence across select international markets
The latest investment follows Revspot’s USD 1.4 million seed funding round in late 2024, which was led by Info Edge Ventures and Titan Capital, with participation from angel investor Kunal Shah.
Darshan Subash, CEO and Co-Founder, Revspot, said: “B2C customer acquisition is still stitched together across media teams, agencies, CRMs, call centres, sales teams and multiple point tools. Companies spend heavily to generate enquiries, but continue to lose significant time and money between finding the right buyer and handing sales a real opportunity. Revspot brings lead generation and lead qualification into one AI-native system. We have built and proven this model in complex Indian B2C sectors, and this round will help us deepen the product in India, enter new sectors and take the platform to select international markets.”
Bengaluru-based deep-tech startup Yaanendriya has raised INR 15 crore in a funding round from Mumbai-based venture capital firm Piper Serica. The fresh capital will be used to strengthen research and development, accelerate product development, and expand the company’s portfolio of high-precision navigation systems designed for mission-critical environments.
Yaanendriya
Bengaluru-based deep-tech startup Yaanendriya has raised INR 15 crore in a funding round from Mumbai-based venture capital firm Piper Serica. The fresh capital will be used to strengthen research and development, accelerate product development, and expand the company’s portfolio of high-precision navigation systems designed for mission-critical environments.
Yaanendriya develops indigenous sensor, navigation, and control technologies for autonomous systems, including drones, ground robots, spacecraft, and underwater vehicles. Its flagship SynCore navigation controllers enable autonomous systems to estimate position, orientation, and velocity even in GNSS-denied or disrupted environments. The company’s YDX inertial sensor series is already deployed across four continents in applications spanning unmanned vehicles, surgical robots, and motion capture systems.
The startup is also advancing navigation and control technologies for satellites, orbital platforms, and underwater vehicles while working toward developing indigenous MEMS accelerometers and gyroscopes for aerospace and autonomous applications.
Commenting on the fundraise, Vamshi Bharadwaj M V, Founder of Yaanendriya, said, “Reliable autonomy begins with a system’s ability to sense motion, understand its state, and control itself. This funding will help us scale SynCore and YDX, strengthen our navigation and control platform, and begin developing indigenous MEMS sensors for the next generation of manned and unmanned platforms.”
