Exaforce, a California-based developer of agentic security operations and a modern SIEM platform, has raised USD 125 million in a Series B funding round, marking one of the largest investments in the emerging AI-driven security operations centre (SOC) space.

The round saw participation from HarbourVest, Peak XV, Mayfield, Khosla Ventures, Seligman Ventures, and AICONIC.

The latest infusion comes just a year after the company secured USD 75 million in its Series A round, taking its total funding to USD 200 million.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to scale its AI-native security operations platform, enhance real-time reasoning capabilities, and expand its global presence.

Founded and led by CEO Ankur Singla, Exaforce offers an automated SOC and managed detection and response (MDR) platform powered by a real-time security knowledge graph and specialised AI agents known as “Exabots.” The platform is designed to ingest and normalise security telemetry, enabling automated threat detection, investigation, and response at machine speed.

“We built Exaforce to be the platform defenders actually work in, not just an AI layer on top of existing tools,” said Singla. “It starts with a real-time knowledge graph that gives agents complete context from the start.”

The company has grown to over 130 employees and serves enterprise clients across sectors such as healthcare, technology, and financial services, including Invisible, Accton, Guardant Health, and LottieFiles.

Looking ahead, Exaforce plans to expand its go-to-market efforts in regions including Japan and Europe, while continuing to invest in research, customer success, and MDR oversight. “This funding lets us deepen that platform and bring it to security teams on a global scale,” Singla added.
