Two Point O Capital (TW.O), an AI-powered clean energy deployment platform for commercial and industrial (C&I) businesses, has raised USD 10 million in a round led by Transition Venture Capital (TVC). Existing investor Omnivore and angel investors Chiranjeev Singh Saluja and Sudhir M Reddy also participated.
The funds will be used to expand into new asset classes such as battery energy storage systems (BESS), deepen its presence in existing assets, and enter sectors with high energy and water needs, including data centres, automotive, pharma, manufacturing, and healthcare.
TW.O has grown its assets under management 1.5x every quarter over the last three quarters. It uses a proprietary AI/ML platform for solutioning, underwriting, and asset monitoring, and works with OEMs and EPCs across India.
“This funding will accelerate our vision to become India’s first and largest multi-asset and multi-solution platform enabling adoption of clean energy by C&I customers,” said Karan Bhutani, CEO and Co-founder, Two Point O Capital.
“Two Point O removes the capex barrier, accelerating the adoption of clean energy solutions,” said Yashodhara Bakliwal, VP, Investment at TVC. “It also complements our existing portfolio: our hardware companies can deploy faster through Two Point O’s platform and reach customers who would otherwise be constrained by capex.”
