Clinics On Cloud, a health-tech startup, has raised USD 12.5 million in Series A funding from Dubai-based investors through Model42, powered by Enlightened Minds Investments.

The funds will be used to strengthen the company’s AI-led healthcare capabilities, expand research and development, and grow its connected microclinic network.

Clinics On Cloud also plans to work with global healthcare innovators to integrate AI and advanced screening technologies into its platform.

With the UAE as its global expansion hub, the company will pursue opportunities in Africa, the US, and Southeast Asia, and will form partnerships with healthcare providers, technology companies, and organisations that want to set up connected microclinics.

“For eight years, we have built Clinics On Cloud with a simple belief that quality healthcare should never depend on someone’s PIN code,” said Abhay Agarwal, Founder and CEO, Clinics On Cloud. “Healthcare technology is advancing rapidly, but the real opportunity is making these innovations accessible to people, wherever they are.”
