Peyman Kargar to Take the Reins at TVS Motor as CEO and Director
TVS Motor names Peyman Kargar as CEO from Jan 2027, succeeding K N Radhakrishnan after 30+ years in the industry.

TVS Motor Company has appointed Peyman Kargar as its next Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 27, 2027. Kargar, currently President of International Business at TVS Motor, will succeed K N Radhakrishnan, who will continue as CEO until the transition to ensure continuity.
Following the transition, Radhakrishnan will serve as a non-executive director until the company’s AGM in July 2027. Kargar brings more than 30 years of experience in the automobile industry across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, spanning product development, R&D, manufacturing, quality, sales, and marketing.
TVS Motor’s international business currently contributes 29% of the company’s sales volume and is growing at 33%. In FY2025-26, the company sold 5.9 million vehicles globally with 30% revenue growth.
