Truboard Partners has raised INR 20 crore (USD 2.2 million) in a funding round led by Earth Fund, an investor focused on environmental and sustainability initiatives.
The Mumbai-based startup had earlier secured USD 2.83 million from Polestar Capital and other backers.
In a press release, the startup said the fresh funds will be used to strengthen its product foundation and scale the platform responsibly across multiple asset classes.
Founded in 2020 by Srickant Rajagopal, Nandkumar Surti, and Vipul Thakore, Truboard Partners develops AI-driven asset performance management software. The platform provides portfolio intelligence for lenders, equity investors, and asset owners managing both real and financial assets.
The company said its system offers “360-degree visibility into investment performance, risk management, and operational efficiency,” helping institutions improve portfolio internal rates of return through data-driven decisions.
Truboard’s platform is used to manage complex multi-asset portfolios across India’s real estate and energy sectors and has recently expanded into the United States and European markets. It serves developers, lenders, and institutional investors by creating a common operating layer for portfolio management across debt and equity structures.
The firm aims to address transparency gaps in post-investment monitoring of real estate and clean energy infrastructure. By converting fragmented data into actionable insights, it said the platform can reduce lender visibility timelines from months to days and support improved risk management.
