The company proposes to utilize the net proceeds from the fresh issue primarily towards meeting the working capital requirements for sourcing natural gas, rLNG and importing LNG cargoes

USFB is aiming to raise INR 500 crore through its IPO and will get listed on the BSE. The IPO will consist fully of fresh issues with a face value of INR 10 and an offer price of INR 23-25.

It was listed on the BSE at INR 401, and on NSE at INR 403 today, an over 50 per cent jump on the price band initially offered.

It was listed at INR 1,305.10 per share at the BSE and INR 1,300 per share at the National Stock Exchange against a price band of INR 638 to INR 672 offered by the drone manufacturers at the time of opening its initial public offering
