Primus Partners has released its Annual Report 2025, outlining a year marked by strong financial growth, expanding global operations, and measurable impact across sectors.
According to the Primus Partners Annual Report 2025, the firm recorded a 48.74% increase in consolidated revenues while delivering over 240 engagements across 13 sectors and multiple geographies. The report also noted a client retention rate exceeding 85%, indicating continued demand for its implementation-focused advisory services.
The firm expanded its international presence during the year, strengthening operations across India, the United States, the UAE, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It also deepened its work with governments, multilateral institutions, and private sector organisations.
Several high-impact projects were highlighted in the report. These include supporting a USD 15 billion artificial intelligence infrastructure investment in India, facilitating investment commitments worth INR 4,500 crore for the Government of Haryana, and contributing to large-scale digital governance platforms that serve millions of citizens.
The firm reported a workforce of over 300 professionals across its global offices, supporting its delivery capabilities. Its work continues to focus on technology-led solutions aimed at improving welfare delivery systems, enabling investment facilitation, and building real-time governance frameworks.
