Mumbai-based digital lending marketplace Finfinity has raised USD 2.4 million in a seed funding round led by the family office of a Mankind Pharma promoter.
The round also saw participation from Vi-John Group, Malani Ventures Pvt Ltd, and several individual investors, along with employees of the company.
The fresh funds will be used to enhance its technology platform, particularly in areas such as personalisation and risk intelligence. It also plans to expand lender partnerships, scale distribution, and invest in customer acquisition and brand building. Hiring across product, engineering, and partnerships is also on the roadmap.
Founded in 2023 by Pradeep Chauhan, Mohit Jain, and Vijay Kadam, Finfinity allows users to compare loan options from multiple lenders to secure more suitable rates and make informed borrowing decisions.
The startup focuses on offering transparent and personalised borrowing experiences through integrations with banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). These integrations enable real-time data exchange and faster decision-making.
Finfinity said it is targeting 10 million users over the next 18 to 24 months. It also plans to expand across lending categories and strengthen its presence in the mortgage segment, while building embedded lending solutions through partnerships.
Workroom Automation Raises INR 6.2 Cr in Seed Funding
Hyderabad-based Workroom Automation has raised INR 6.2 crore in a seed funding round led by Equirus InnovateX Fund.
The round also saw participation from Astir Ventures, Venture Catalysts Group, and several angel investors. This marks the company’s first institutional fundraise since its inception in 2022.
The funds will be used to accelerate product development, strengthen its core platform, and expand go-to-market efforts. A key focus will be on advancing its AI-driven planning engine, enhancing automation capabilities, and building deeper integrations across enterprise systems such as ERP and MES.
Founded in 2022 by Abhinav Atthota and Rohan Agarwal, Workroom Automation provides a connected factory platform that enables manufacturers to manage planning, execution, and automation through a unified system. The platform integrates data from machines, shopfloor workflows, and enterprise systems to support real-time decision-making.
Its AI-powered planning engine converts demand into daily production plans and adjusts dynamically to constraints such as machine availability, material flow, and workforce changes.
Workroom currently serves medium and large manufacturing enterprises, particularly in sectors such as automotive, electronics, aerospace, and industrial machinery. It has begun deploying its platform across multiple factories and is focusing on scaling adoption within discrete manufacturing industries.
The startup aims to build a unified operating system for manufacturing, with a long-term focus on enabling more autonomous factory operations.
