Hexaware Names Vivek Jetley CEO; Srikrishna Steps Down

Hexaware appoints EXL’s Vivek Jetley as CEO from Oct 28, 2026, as Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan exits after 12 years.

Hexaware Technologies has appointed Vivek Jetley as CEO Designate. He will join the company and assume the role of CEO on October 28, 2026, as Hexaware moves into its next phase of growth amid AI reshaping enterprise technology services globally.

Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan, who has led Hexaware for 12 years, will step down as CEO and as a member of the Board of Directors effective the same date. He will remain with the company as Senior Advisor to support the leadership transition.

Jetley brings over 25 years of experience at the intersection of AI, data, enterprise transformation and strategy. He joins Hexaware from EXL, where he currently serves as President, leading its Insurance, Healthcare and Life Sciences businesses. He previously headed EXL Analytics, building the company’s advanced analytics, AI services and enterprise data management capabilities. Jetley joined EXL in 2006 through its acquisition of Inductis, an analytics consulting firm where he was a partner, and has since held leadership roles spanning corporate strategy, strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
