Zoho has launched Zia Chat, a unified AI interface designed to let employees find information and perform tasks across business applications from a single conversational window, without navigating separate app interfaces. The company also announced its entry into vertical SaaS with seven industry-specific applications spanning retail, automotive, BFSI, healthcare, education, real estate and restaurants.
Zia Chat works across applications, modules and records users are authorised to access, pulling together information and workflows without requiring separate integrations. It can find prospects and business information, generate and qualify leads, resolve support issues, manage invoices, analyse data, and create reports, presentations and follow-up emails. It can also perform actions within the same conversation, such as creating tasks, sending low-stock alerts, or scheduling recurring reports. Users can switch between role-based “Profiles” and delegate multi-step work to “Zia Agents.” The tool will be available for early access in a month, initially in English.
“There is an interface crisis, and people spend too much time searching for the right context and data. We strip away the UIs of different applications and give employees a single, unified AI interface across the business,” said Sridhar Vembu, Chief Scientist and Co-founder, Zoho, adding that the company’s goal is to reduce token costs for users.
The announcements come as Zoho’s India revenue grew 45-47% year-on-year in 2025, driven by Zoho Workplace, Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho People. The company operates in over 150 countries, with more than 19,000 employees, 150 million users and 60 applications.
