Indoor air quality startup YOGa Clean Air has raised INR 20 crore in a funding round led by Info Edge Ventures, with participation from Deepinder Goyal, founder of Zomato/Eternal, and Three Words Capital.

Founded in 2010 by Sachin Panwar and formally incorporated as YOGAN Solutions Pvt Ltd in 2019 alongside co-founders Deepak Raina and Gaurav Nagar, YOGa Clean Air protects more than 5,000 homes and serves schools, hospitals, corporate offices, and gyms across 11 Indian cities, including Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. The company has grown primarily through customer referrals, with a 100% renewal rate on its annual maintenance contracts.

The company’s patented Clean Air Bubble technology filters incoming air and maintains a space at slightly higher pressure than outside, keeping polluted air out while managing carbon dioxide levels. According to the company, its systems have brought indoor air quality down to single digits even when outdoor pollution exceeded 900 µg/m³, validated independently by IIT Delhi.

The company holds two patents for its technology. Its leadership includes Sachin Panwar (Founder and CEO), Prof. Mukesh Khare of IIT Delhi (Non-Executive Chairman), Deepak Raina (Co-founder and COO), and Gaurav Nagar (Co-founder and CFO).

“No one should have to shift their homes because of air pollution,” said Sachin Panwar, Co-founder and CEO, YOGa Clean Air. “This funding lets us bring that belief, and the same safe, clean air bubble, to many more homes, schools and hospitals across the country.”

With the new funding, YOGa plans to deepen its presence in existing cities, expand into new Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets, and extend its systems into public transport and other outdoor environments.
