Shamrock AI, an enterprise AI company building an agentic assurance platform, has raised USD 5 million in seed funding led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria Ventures. It is the company’s first institutional round.
Founded in 2026 by Sarat Addanki, Michael (Mick) Gallagher and Anuraag Nallapati, Shamrock AI is headquartered in Shillong, Meghalaya, with offices in Hyderabad and San Francisco. It serves multiple Fortune 500 customers, including a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 healthcare company.
The platform is built around an Enterprise Business Knowledge Graph that connects business processes, systems, data and configurations, giving AI agents the context to operate reliably. Its initial focus is agentic test lifecycle automation for large ERP transformations, including SAP S/4HANA migrations. By continuously testing and validating business processes, the platform builds a more accurate picture of how an enterprise operates, which can later support data observability and autonomous automation of critical workflows.
The funds will go toward product development, team expansion and go-to-market. The company plans to grow its team across India and the US, with 70-80% of its workforce in India and a client-facing team in the US, and to expand into the Middle East.
“Enterprises are looking to move beyond AI experimentation and deploy agents across critical business processes, but doing so reliably requires a deep understanding of how their businesses operate,” said Anuraag Nallapati, Co-founder and Head of Product and Strategy, Shamrock AI.
“It is rare to see an early-stage startup with such technical and domain expertise alongside deep enterprise trust from Fortune 500 companies,” said Anvesh Ramineni, Partner, Endiya Partners.
