Ringg AI has closed an extended Series A funding round at $15 million, led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from Arkam Ventures and Capital 2b.

Ringg builds AI agents that automate customer conversations and the business workflows that follow, combining voice, WhatsApp and browser agents on a single enterprise platform. The agents share context across conversations, business rules and enterprise systems to automate lead qualification, onboarding, customer support, collections and renewals, with human teams able to step in when required.

The new capital will go toward strengthening Ringg’s AI platform, expanding its voice, WhatsApp and browser agents, building out its proprietary AI models and context graph, and scaling enterprise go-to-market efforts in India and international markets.

The platform builds a context graph across customers, conversations, business rules, workflows and systems, which acts as shared memory across its agents. A conversation can start on voice, continue on WhatsApp, and trigger a browser agent to complete actions inside a CRM or other enterprise system. If a human takes over, the conversation history and context carry forward.

Built-in evaluations track conversation quality, policy adherence, workflow completion and business outcomes, while enterprise teams can monitor, review or intervene in agent decisions.

“Nobody buys us because the demo sounds good,” said Siddharth Tripathi, Founder and CEO of Ringg AI. “They buy us because onboarding improves, resolution times fall, or qualified leads start showing up in the CRM without someone having to make the call.”

Ringg’s agents are in production at enterprises including Policybazaar, CRED, Flipkart, Groww, Practo, Tabby, SuperNova and GoodScore, across marketplaces, healthcare, banking, fintech and IT.

The company is also building its own AI stack, including speech-to-text model Parrot, and is developing small language models next. It supports in-region and on-premises deployments across India, the GCC, the US and Europe.
