Mumbai-based fintech startup GetVantage has raised INR 63 crore in a Series A1 funding round comprising equity and debt. The funding increases the company’s total committed financing capacity to over INR 700 crore.
The round was led by Rajeev Ahuja, former Managing Director of RBL Bank, and SanRaj Group, with participation from existing investors Chiratae Ventures, Varanium Fintech Fund and VCMint.
The company said it will use the funds to expand its Capital Gateway, an API-based financing platform for MSMEs, strengthen its engineering and product teams, enhance its AI capabilities and accelerate the development of its financing infrastructure. The funding is also expected to unlock additional operational debt capital through its financial institution partners.
“We pioneered cash flow-based financing in India, but our vision was always much larger. Our growth and momentum validate our evolution into India’s Capital Gateway: just as payment gateways support a small business to accept digital payments, Capital Gateway supports small businesses to access working capital instantly and seamlessly. Having industry stalwarts like Rajeev Ahuja, Rajdip Gupta alongside marquee VCs like Chiratae Ventures gives us the institutional fuel to accelerate this mission and redefine B2B credit access,” said Bhavik Vasa, Founder, GetVantage.
GetVantage provides cash flow-based financing, term loans, business loans and merchant cash advances to MSMEs. The company uses cash-flow data and predictive analytics to assess businesses instead of relying primarily on collateral and historical financial records.
“The next decade of India’s growth relies on unlocking credit for millions of MSMEs, a massive-scale challenge that cannot be solved by traditional banking models alone. GetVantage has built a robust, tech-first infrastructure that bridges this gap seamlessly. I am excited to anchor this round and support a platform that is redefining embedded cash-flow financing with institutional-grade rigor,” said Rajeev Ahuja.
The company said it plans to announce seller-financing partnerships with digital platforms in the coming months.
