1. Lorazzo Raises INR 15 Crore Led by Sauce to Disrupt Kitchen and Bathroom Fittings

Lorazzo, a design-led kitchen and bathroom brand, has raised INR 15 crore in its latest funding round led by Sauce, with follow-on investment from Sprout Venture Partners and participation from Panthera Peak and Alteria Capital. The funds will go toward expanding Lorazzo’s product portfolio, build its team, and strengthen its offline and online presence across more Indian states.

Founded in 2024 by Jatin Luthra and Saurabh Gupta, Lorazzo sells kitchen and bathroom fittings, including faucets, sinks, wash basins, smart toilets and shower systems, offering up to 20-year warranties and pan-India installation and service. Its flagship Intelli Smart Commode, a cleansing WC with a heated seat, bidet, air dryer and digital temperature control, is priced at INR 58,999, a fraction of comparable international products priced between INR 1.5 lakh and INR 5 lakh. The company has grown revenue six-fold over the past 12 months and is targeting INR100 crore in revenue over the next two years.

“Kitchen and bathroom fittings have remained one of the few large consumer categories where brands have largely stayed unchanged while the consumer has evolved dramatically. We believe it is time to change that,” said Jatin Luthra, Co-founder, Lorazzo.

2. Sober & Co Raises INR 75 Lakh to Scale Zero-Sugar Mixers

Sober & Co, a better-for-you mixer brand built around monk fruit-sweetened, zero-sugar drinks, has raised INR 75 lakh in a round led by Sunaina Bhattacharya and Anuj Dhariwal, representing New Ground Collective, a syndicate of seven angel investors. The round values the company at INR 10 crore.

The capital will go toward inventory, manufacturing capacity, quick-commerce advertising and team expansion, as the brand moves from a city-concentrated, omnichannel model toward broader national retail. The company plans to launch in Pune by December 2026, add Zepto as a second quick-commerce channel alongside Blinkit, and deepen its marketing push in Goa. Gross merchandise value grew 34.8% over the first four months of FY27, with sales on Blinkit, where the brand is present across 400 dark stores, growing at an average monthly rate of 37.8%; the company crossed unit-level profitability in July. Offline, Sober & Co is present across 400 HoReCa and retail touchpoints in Kolkata and Goa.

“We’re not chasing every city or every channel at once. We’re building where the category is actually won HoReCa for credibility, Blinkit for reach, and now D2C to own the customer relationship and this capital lets us go deeper in Kolkata and Goa before we go wide,” said Sharaan Kriplani, Co-founder and CEO, Sober & Co.

3. CurvetAI Raises INR 6 Crore Pre-Seed Round Led by Merak Ventures

CurvetAI, a unified AI workspace that lets users access and combine multiple AI models from one platform, has raised INR 6 crore in a pre-seed round led by Merak Ventures, with participation from a group of angel investors.

Founded in December 2025 by Vivek Dubey and Utkarsh Gupta, CurvetAI addresses the growing fragmentation across AI models by letting users work across text, image, audio and video models within a single visual workspace, compare outputs, and route tasks to the model best suited to them. The platform has more than 100,000 monthly users globally, with India and the US as its largest markets, and has begun generating revenue. It originally launched as a tool-discovery platform before evolving into a combined workspace after founders found users still needed to leave the platform to use the tools they discovered.

The fresh capital will strengthen CurvetAI’s technology infrastructure, expand its team, and develop agent-based capabilities for handling more complex workflows. The company has existing collaborations with GnaniAI, Rumik AI and Alibaba, and works with educational institutions across India.

“AI has become incredibly capable, but increasingly fragmented. We believe that complexity should sit with the platform. As the number of specialised models grows, making AI genuinely useful will depend as much on choosing the right intelligence as on having access to it,” said Vivek Dubey, Co-founder and CEO, CurvetAI.
