Consint.AI, a deeptech company transforming healthcare and insurance risk management through AI, raised INR 22 crore in Series A funding to accelerate its next phase of growth.
The funding round was backed by prominent technology investors, including BIG Global Investment JSC, Equanimity Ventures Trust II, and Seafund Venture India Scheme I. The fresh capital will be deployed to accelerate global expansion, deepen AI research, including the development of a foundational model purpose-built for fraud, waste and abuse (FWA) detection; strengthen enterprise delivery capabilities, and expand its portfolio of AI-powered healthcare and insurance solutions.
The company stated that it has evaluated more than 100 million transactions, used over 500 AI/ML models to identify fraud exceeding INR 10 billion, and developed more than 500 digitized clinical protocols along with fine-tuned LLMs.
The capital injection will drive expansion across platform innovation, technology capabilities, and global presence: a core focus of this round is building foundational models trained specifically for fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) detection across the insurance, banking and financial services industry and delivering higher accuracy, faster inference, and data sovereignty for clients. Consint.AI will also deepen its focus on claims processing, document forensics, and clinical intelligence, expand operations across India, the Middle East, Africa, the United States, and Southeast Asia.
“Securing this funding is a strong validation of our vision to transform healthcare and insurance operations through AI. A significant part of this capital will go toward a problem we’ve chosen to go deep on rather than wide: building a foundational model purpose-built for fraud, waste and abuse detection, one that can serve insurers, healthcare providers, and government health programs alike. This funding lets us build that properly, expand our global footprint, and deliver intelligent solutions that help organizations reduce risk, improve efficiency, and create better outcomes for patients and policyholders alike,” said Ashish Chaturvedi, Founder and CEO of Consint.AI
“Crossing the ₹22 crore funding milestone is a strong validation of the operational foundation we have built over the years. At Consint.AI, our focus has always been on delivering AI solutions that solve real-world challenges for healthcare providers and insurers. This investment will enable us to strengthen our delivery capabilities, expand our global operations, and continue building scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready AI platforms. As we grow, our commitment remains unchanged to create measurable value for our customers through innovation, operational excellence, and responsible AI.” said Preeti Chaturvedi, COO, Consint.AI
