Adobe Reports Record Q3 Revenue of USD 6.76 Bn

Adobe reported record revenue of USD 6.76 billion for the third quarter of FY2026, up 13% year-on-year, as the company raised its full-year revenue and earnings targets.
The company recorded USD 27.50 billion in total Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR) at the end of the quarter. Adobe’s AI-first ARR grew more than 150% year-on-year.
Adobe also crossed 1 billion monthly active users across its creativity and productivity solutions.
GAAP net income stood at USD 1.83 billion, compared with USD 1.77 billion in the year-ago quarter. GAAP diluted earnings per share rose to USD 4.62 from USD 4.18.
Subscription revenue increased 14% year-on-year to USD 6.56 billion. Business Professionals & Consumers subscription revenue grew 16% to USD 1.91 billion, while Creative & Marketing Professionals subscription revenue rose 13% to USD 4.65 billion.
Adobe generated USD 2.52 billion in cash from operations during the quarter and repurchased around 9.5 million shares.
For FY2026, Adobe now expects revenue of USD 26.576 billion to USD 26.626 billion and GAAP earnings per share of USD 18.12 to USD 18.17. It expects full-year ending ARR growth of 10.2% year-on-year.

For the fourth quarter, Adobe expects revenue between USD 6.80 billion and USD 6.85 billion and GAAP diluted earnings per share of USD 4.65 to USD 4.70.
