Funding in the week, between September 4 and September 10, declined by 3.14 percent over the previous week, according to the latest Tracxn data.
The total number of funding recorded during the said week declined to 19 from 22 in the previous week. Overall, the said week saw USD 258.6 million in funding, down from USD 267 million in the Ultrahuman-led week.
Key highlights
Stage-wise funding: As expected, late-stage firms raised USD 173.2 million followed by early-stage (USD 75.6 million), and seed-stage (USD 9.8 million).

Top deals: Spacetech firm Pixxel led the race with USD 100 million in funding followed by Nua (USD 50 million), Swish (USD 24 million). Other companies which made to the top 10 list are QNu Labs, Sugar Cosmetics, Carrum, udaan, Theatre, Circolife, and Navana.
Most active: With funding in Swish and Fundly, Accel emerged as the most active VC in the week. Seraphim which invested in Pixxel and Peak XV Partners (Nua) also followed.

IPOs & Acquisitions: The said week registered two companies going for the public listing, same as the previous week. One acquisition was reported in the week, down from two in the previous week.
