Kedaara Capital invests USD 200 million in Tynor Orthotics to expand India’s orthopaedic and rehab market globally.

Private equity firm Kedaara Capital has invested USD 200 million in Tynor Orthotics Private Limited, an Indian manufacturer of orthopaedic supports, mobility aids and rehabilitation products.
Founded in 1993, Tynor sells through over 300,000 retail outlets and 8,000 hospitals across 60 countries. Its products have reached more than 100 million people. The company runs three manufacturing facilities spanning 6.5 lakh sq. ft.
Following the investment, Kedaara will work with Tynor’s promoters Dr. P.J. Singh and A.J. Singh, its management team, and strategic partner Thuasne to build an ortho-focused wellness platform. The partnership will expand Tynor’s presence in India and international markets and strengthen its manufacturing capabilities. o3 Capital was the exclusive financial advisor on the deal.
