Trackk Raises USD 3.7 Mn Funding Led by Lightspeed

Mumbai-based investment platform Trackk has raised USD 3.7 million in a seed funding round led by Lightspeed, with participation from Info Edge Ventures and several angel investors. 

The round also saw backing from Gaurav Munjal, Roman Saini, Tanmay Bhatt, Varun Mayya, and Gaurav Kapoor, reflecting growing investor interest in platforms targeting young retail investors in India.

Founded in 2021 by Vedant Gupte, Aryan Jain, and Siddharth Thakkar, Trackk operates as a SEBI-approved stockbroking platform designed primarily for Gen Z and millennial users. 

The startup will use the fresh capital to strengthen its broking infrastructure, enhance product offerings, expand its team, and accelerate user acquisition and onboarding. It also plans to develop additional financial products tailored for younger investors.

Trackk offers features such as single-screen trading, AI-driven stock discovery, futures and options trading, IPO investing, and custom stock screeners. The platform also uses behavioural analytics to personalise the investing experience for users.

The startup claims to have seen significant adoption among younger investors, with nearly 90 percent of its user base belonging to the Gen Z demographic. The average age of its users ranges between 20 and 24 years.

Agri-Finance Startup ONO Bags USD 1.2 Mn Led by Aeravti Ventures

Agri-finance startup ONO has raised USD 1.2 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Aeravti Ventures, with participation from Angels and Tremis Capital.

The startup will use the fresh capital to strengthen its technology platform, expand into new markets, and deepen its lending infrastructure. ONO focuses on improving efficiency in post-harvest agriculture and enabling better access to formal financing for small and medium enterprises in the sector.

Founded by Rama Rao Kancharapu and David Pokuri, ONO operates a data and AI-driven platform that supports farmers, traders, transporters, and buyers. It provides services such as market intelligence, pricing insights, logistics support, and access to credit.

The startup currently operates across 12 states and more than 125 districts, serving over 1.3 lakh participants in the agriculture ecosystem. It has more than 2,000 paid subscribers and has facilitated payouts exceeding INR 200 crore.

As part of its growth plans, ONO has also acquired a significant stake in a non-banking financial company to strengthen its lending capabilities.
