Tessolve Semiconductor, a venture of Hero Electronix, has raised USD 75 million in a funding round led by US-based strategic investment firm Vector Line Capital. The capital will support the company’s expansion plans, including acquisitions to add capabilities, broaden services and strengthen its global presence.

Vector Line Capital, which focuses on semiconductors and the chip supply chain, joins existing investors TPG and Novo Tellus Capital Partners. The investment marks Vector Line’s first in India.

Founded in 2004 by Srini Chinamilli, Tessolve provides end-to-end semiconductor engineering services, covering chip architecture, design, validation, testing and embedded systems.

Tessolve is in advanced discussions to complete multiple acquisitions over the next couple of quarters. The deals are expected to complement its existing capabilities and expand its service offerings.

In September 2025, Tessolve raised USD 150 million from TPG to strengthen its global delivery centres, expand advanced testing laboratories and pursue acquisitions.
