Wealth management startup Zomint has raised INR 36 crore (USD 3.75 million) in a seed round co-led by Lightspeed and Prime Venture Partners. The funds will go toward expanding its wealth and investment teams, strengthening its technology platform and building an investor education ecosystem.
Founded in September 2025 by Aman Mittal and Shavir Bansal, Zomint offers wealth management services to working professionals and families, with investors able to start with a monthly SIP of INR 25,000 or a lump sum of INR 5 lakh. Each family is assigned a personal wealth expert who tracks their investments and financial goals, supported by research and AI tools that consolidate portfolio information and past conversations, flag areas needing attention, and track agreed actions.
The company says it has retained 97% of its clients since launch despite market volatility, with nearly one in three clients making additional investments within three months of joining. Each relationship manager serves more than 250 families. Zomint acquired its customers entirely through organic content via the founders’ financial education platform Bekifaayati, which has more than five million subscribers.
