The INR 1,900-crore issue drew bids for 6,22.05 crore shares against an offer of 10.67 crore shares, according to NSE data. The portion reserved for non-institutional investors was subscribed 65.43 times, while Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) bid 62.99 times.

The issue includes a fresh share sale of INR 429 crore and an offer for sale of INR 1,471 crore by existing shareholders.

The issue will open on September 10 and close on September 12, with shares to be listed on both the BSE and NSE.

The fund garnered support from 131 undisclosed investors, matching the amount raised for its seventh India fund in 2022.
