KAY CEE ENERGY & INFRA LIMITED has recently allotted 12.64 Lakh Shares at INR 198 per equity share and has raised INR 2502.72 Lakhs in qualified institutional placement (QIP).

India's vision of becoming a global manufacturing hub hinges on the growth and competitiveness of its MSMEs. However, without addressing fundamental infrastructure challenges, this vision will remain elusive.

Having already invested INR 5,000 crore in Vizhinjam, the company plans an additional infusion of INR 20,000 crore, positioning it as the largest transshipment port in the region.

The investment is aimed at financing business growth and also results in the two parties now entering an agreement where Arpwood enjoys a majority stake at Sitara.
