Supplements startup The Stack has raised INR 5.5 crore in a pre-seed funding round co-led by OTP Ventures and Huddle Ventures, with participation from angel investors.
According to the startup, the capital will be deployed towards research and development, expanding its product pipeline, hiring its early team, and improving branding and packaging.
Founded in 2024 by Shreya Jain and Kshitij Rihal, The Stack operates in the consumer health and supplements space. The startup focuses on developing science-backed products using clinically studied ingredients sourced from global suppliers. It targets health concerns linked to modern lifestyles and follows a limited, quality-first product strategy.
Rihal earlier co-founded Flo Mattress, where he was involved in scaling the business, while Jain previously founded a technology startup that was later acqui-hired by edtech firm Byju’s.
The Stack currently emphasises categories such as sleep and gut health and plans to continue working with a small portfolio of products that have clearly defined use cases. The company says it maintains end-to-end transparency across its supply chain.
Over the last year, the startup claims to have built a multi-category consumer health business with improving unit economics. It reported that select products recorded growth of over 40 times within 12 months, alongside repeat purchase rates of 35 to 50 percent at the SKU level in mature customer cohorts, indicating sustained customer retention rather than one-time purchases.
