Nandita Sinha, chief executive officer of Myntra, is set to step down from her role and will exit the company in the coming weeks, according to a report by Moneycontrol.

Her departure marks a significant leadership change at the fashion e-commerce platform owned by Walmart’s Flipkart Group.

Sinha joined the Flipkart Group in 2013 and became CEO of Myntra in 2022. During her tenure, the company strengthened its position in India’s online fashion market and expanded into newer segments.

Sharon Pais, who currently heads Flipkart Fashion, is considered the frontrunner to succeed Sinha. Pais previously served as chief business officer at Myntra and, in November 2025, took on the role of business unit head for Flipkart Fashion.

The leadership transition comes at a time when Myntra has reported strong financial growth. The company’s profit rose sharply to INR 548 crore in FY25 from INR 30 crore in FY24, while revenue increased 18% to INR 6,042.7 crore.

Myntra has also been expanding its services. In November 2024, it launched M-Now, a quick commerce offering that delivers fashion and beauty products within 30 minutes to two hours, placing it in competition with newer players.

Sinha’s exit comes as Flipkart Group prepares for a potential initial public offering.
