Fullife Healthcare has raised INR 300 crore in a Series D funding round led by Elev8 Venture Partners and its limited partners, marking a significant step in the company’s growth ambitions within India’s expanding health and wellness sector.
The Mumbai-based company, known for its consumer brands Fast&Up and Chicnutrix, said the fresh capital will be deployed to accelerate growth across its portfolio, including its recreational hydration brand NightOut. The brands collectively offer more than 100 products spanning hydration, metabolic health, sports nutrition, and beauty wellness.
Founded in 2011 by Varun Khanna and Shilpa Khanna, Fullife Healthcare has built a strong presence in effervescent nutritional and pharmaceutical supplements. Its flagship brand Fast&Up, launched in 2015, caters to active lifestyle nutrition, while Chicnutrix focuses on beauty and wellness solutions for skin, hair, and overall health.
The company stated that it has been profitable and intends to use the new funding to support its next phase of expansion. This includes entering high-growth categories such as digestive health, sleep support, and protein-based nutrition, in line with shifting consumer preferences toward holistic wellness.
“This partnership will help us strengthen our brands, expand our product portfolio, and scale our manufacturing capabilities as we build a global FMHG company that is proudly made in India, for India and built for the world,” said Varun Khanna, CEO of Fullife Healthcare.
Elev8 Venture Partners’ investment also marks its first entry into the direct-to-consumer (D2C) segment and its sixth investment from the current fund.
Fullife Healthcare has positioned itself as one of the few backward-integrated companies in India’s nutrition segment, with in-house manufacturing capabilities across effervescents, functional foods, and ready-to-drink formats. The company continues to invest in new delivery systems, product innovation, and quality-focused production facilities.
With an existing presence in over 40 countries, Fullife is now focusing on expanding its footprint in key international markets such as the United Kingdom, the Gulf Cooperation Council region, and the US. The company aims to strengthen its distribution networks and enhance brand visibility across both offline retail and digital platforms.
Avendus Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Fullife Healthcare and its shareholders for the transaction.
