The Indian HoReCa market is undergoing a dynamic transformation, fueled by shifting consumer preferences and rapid technological adoption. Rising urbanization and disposable incomes are driving demand for diverse dining experiences, with consumers increasingly prioritizing convenience, quality, and distinctive culinary offerings. This has sparked a surge in restaurants, cafés, and catering services across both urban and semi-urban landscapes. At the same time, digital integration, ranging from online ordering to contactless payments, is redefining customer engagement, streamlining operations, and elevating service efficiency.
Introduced under the Company’s flagship Healthy & Tasty umbrella brand, “FOR CHEF” features multiple variants of edible oils along with essential pantry ingredients. The company also plans to expand its ‘FOR CHEF’ portfolio by introducing sauces, condiments, ready to cook and ready to eat products in the next few months.
Samantha Dutta, Senior Vice President, Food Services, QSR, MT and Alternate Channels, said, “Our ‘FOR CHEF’ portfolio reflects our commitment to enabling professional kitchens with products that are not only high in quality but also aligned with evolving customer needs. Our focus is on delivering tailor-made solutions that enhance operational efficiency, support menu innovation, and ultimately drive business growth for our valued partners.”
