D2C home appliances brand Nuuk is raising around INR 100 crore (about USD 10.5 million) in a funding round led by Wipro Consumer Care Ventures and RPSG Capital Ventures at a valuation of about INR 500 crore (about USD 53 million). The final round size and valuation could change as discussions progress. Nuuk and the investors did not respond to queries.
The proposed round is larger than Nuuk’s USD 6.6 million Series A, which it closed in August 2025 after a USD 2 million extension from existing investors Vertex Ventures SEA and Good Capital.
Founded in 2023 by Gazal Kalra, cofounder of Rivigo, and Shalabh Gupta, former chief growth officer at Noise, Nuuk sells design-focused home and kitchen appliances.
Nuuk’s operating revenue rose to INR 16 crore in FY25 from INR 31.8 lakh in FY24, according to MCA filings. FY25 was its first full year of operations. Its net loss widened to INR 39 lakh from INR 7 lakh. It competes with Philips, Bajaj, Atomberg, and Lifelong.
The proposed round follows other investments in appliance startups.
