Wealth and asset management platform Neo Group has secured approximately INR 350 crore in a fresh funding round led by Peak XV Partners, strengthening its balance sheet as it looks to expand its advisory capabilities, technology platform and product offerings across India.

The latest investment comes shortly after TVS Capital invested INR 550 crore in the company, highlighting continued institutional confidence in Neo Group’s growth strategy and its position in India’s rapidly expanding wealth management market.

Founded to serve family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutions and corporates, Neo Group today manages approximately INR 1.3 lakh crore in total client assets, including assets under advice and assets under management. The platform also has nearly INR 3,000 crore of equity capital and INR 50,000 crore of annualised recurring revenue (ARR) assets.

Operating across more than 30 cities, the company employs over 850 professionals, including 150-plus senior wealth advisors with experience from leading global private banking institutions.

Neo Group said the fresh capital will be used to strengthen its long-term growth strategy by investing in talent, technology and new product capabilities while expanding its footprint across the country.

“Our objective has always been to build an enduring institution with strong governance, disciplined capital allocation and client-first alignment,” said Nitin Jain, Chairman and Managing Director, Neo Group. “This fundraise gives us the capital and long-term partnership to continue investing in talent, technology and innovation as we expand our presence across India.”

Neo operates an integrated wealth and asset management platform offering services across wealth management, alternative investments, private credit, infrastructure, private equity, fixed income, global investments, insurance and estate planning.

Commenting on the investment, Sakshi Chopra, Managing Director at Peak XV Partners, said the firm continues to back Neo’s long-term vision as India’s demand for sophisticated wealth management solutions accelerates.

“We have believed in Neo’s vision from the early days and continue to be impressed by the strength of the platform the team has built. As India’s wealth management market evolves, Neo stands out for its deep advisory expertise, institutional approach and strong client alignment,” she said.

Headquartered in Mumbai, Neo Group has offices across major Indian cities including Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Goa and Jaipur, along with an international presence in the United States.

The latest funding underscores growing investor interest in India’s wealth and asset management sector, driven by rising affluence, increasing demand for alternative investments and the rapid expansion of the country’s high-net-worth population.
