Multiples Alternate Asset Management is leading a USD 150 million funding round in Brahma AI, an AI-native operating system for enterprise audiovisual content, investing USD 100 million through the issuance of preferred shares.
Brahma AI’s platform combines enterprise content intelligence, AI-powered creation, digital humans, multilingual localisation and workflow automation, built around an approach the company calls Mind², which pairs human creativity with machine intelligence. Its customers include Warner Bros., the NBA and Mayo Clinic, with ecosystem partners including Google, Hakuhodo and DNEG. The company’s technology received a 2026 Technology & Engineering Emmy Award.
The funding will go toward accelerating Brahma AI’s R&D, global market expansion, and talent and process development, as Multiples continues expanding its origination capabilities in the United States.
“BRAHMA AI is addressing a large, multi-billion-dollar market opportunity at a time when enterprises are fundamentally rethinking how content is created, localised, managed and distributed,” said Renuka Ramnath, Founder, MD and CEO, Multiples.
