JSW One Acquires BuildNext to Strengthen Home Construction Platform

JSW One Platforms Limited has acquired BuildNext Construction Solutions Private Limited in a move aimed at strengthening its presence in India’s home construction and renovation market.

The acquisition builds on JSW One’s existing platform, JSW One Homes, and is expected to enhance its ability to offer integrated services across the home-building lifecycle. These include materials procurement, design, execution and project management, targeting individual home builders, contractors, architects and homeowners.

As part of the transaction, Pidilite Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Pidilite Industries, will transfer its shareholding in BuildNext to JSW One through a share-swap arrangement at a mutually agreed valuation. The entity will continue to remain involved in BuildNext’s growth following the deal.

The companies said the partnership reflects a shared focus on building a more organised and technology-driven home construction ecosystem. The integration of JSW One’s supply chain capabilities, distribution network and financing tools with BuildNext’s expertise in design and project management is expected to improve customer experience and efficiency.

Sanket Parekh, Director at Pidilite Ventures, said BuildNext has built strong capabilities in its segment. “We see significant potential in combining these capabilities with JSW One’s integrated platform, supply chain strength and distribution reach,” he said.

He added that the continued partnership is expected to support long-term value creation. “We are confident that this collaboration will help deliver a more streamlined and reliable experience for customers,” Parekh said.

The acquisition is expected to strengthen JSW One Homes by adding deeper design and execution capabilities, while also enabling BuildNext to expand its reach through JSW One’s broader ecosystem.

JSW One Platforms operates a tech-enabled B2B commerce platform focused on construction and manufacturing MSMEs, offering services across procurement, credit and fulfilment.
