DigitalPaani, an water infrastructure operations-focused company, has raised INR 22 crore in a new funding round led by Navam Capital and with participation from Enzia Ventures, Chakra Growth Capital, 3one4 Capital, Momentum Capital, Achieving Women Entrepreneurs Early Growth Fund, and Echo River Capital.

Founded in 2020 by the father-daughter duo Mansi Jain and Rajesh Jain, DigitalPaani provides AI-driven tools that redesign wastewater operations to protect natural resources and save water. The company serves 95+ facilities, treating over 150 million liters of water daily, including major clients such as Britannia, Leela Hotels, Tata Group, and Delhi Jal Board.

DigitalPaani claims its deployments have delivered measurable results: non-compliant plants transformed into 100% operational assets with 25% cost savings. It further says the startup has scaled revenue nearly 6X over the past two years.

The fresh funding will be deployed for primarily three purposes: expanding market penetration across industrial and municipal sectors, scaling operations to serve DigitalPaani’s growing institutional customer base, and  initiating international expansion. The company will also use the capital to strengthen core business fundamentals to position

itself for sustainable, long-term growth.

“When we started DigitalPaani, we knew the problem was massive — but the opportunity was bigger,” said  Mansi Jain, CEO & Co-Founder. “This funding validates that intelligent infrastructure management is not a luxury — it’s essential. Our team and customers have shown us what’s possible, and we’re just getting  started on our journey to tackle water scarcity globally.”

Anjan Ray, Investment Partner, Navam Capital, adds: “Intelligent water management for industrial and commercial installations is vital. DigitalPaani’s success with a large portfolio of marquee customers and exceptional depth in the domain makes us confident that they are positioned to become the operating system for water infrastructure across India and beyond.”
