DaMENSCH Raises INR 17.40 Cr at Flat Valuation of INR 600 Cr

DaMENSCH raises INR 17.40 crore from A91 Partners and Tancom Electronics at a flat INR 600 crore (USD 63.5 Mn) valuation.

D2C men’s apparel brand DaMENSCH has raised INR 17.40 crore (USD 1.9 million) in fresh funding from existing investor A91 Partners and new backer Tancom Electronics, at a flat valuation of INR 600 crore (USD63.5 million).

A91 Partners invested INR 15 crore by subscribing to 887 compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) at INR 1,69,052 per share. Tancom Electronics put in INR 2.40 crore for 168 CCPS at INR 1,42,692 per share, according to regulatory filings.

The company’s valuation is unchanged from its previous range of USD70–75 million (INR 582 crore). In May 2024, DaMENSCH had raised INR 21.62 crore (USD2.5 million) in an extended Series B round from existing investors.

Founded in 2018 by Anurag Saboo and Gaurav Pushkar, DaMENSCH sells innerwear, casualwear and everyday apparel through its own platform and marketplaces. The company has raised over USD 28 million to date, including a USD 16.6 million Series B round led by A91 Partners in 2022. It plans to use the fresh capital for business requirements and growth.

A91 Partners remains the largest shareholder with a 22.45% stake, followed by Matrix Partners (12.76%), Saama Capital (11.14%) and Whiteboard Capital (9.61%). Co-founders Saboo and Pushkar hold 10.87% each.

DaMENSCH’s FY25 revenue grew 34% to INR 118 crore. Competitors XYXX scaled 46% to ₹187 crore in the same period, while Bummer’s revenue grew 22% to INR 11 crore.
