ALLEN Charts Next Growth Phase with Board Revamp

ALLEN Career Institute has announced a significant leadership transition with the induction of Aviral Maheshwari, Anand Maheshwari, and Keshav Maheshwari to its Board of Directors, marking a key milestone in the institution’s long-term strategy to build a future-ready education enterprise as it works towards its centennial vision.

The appointments reflect ALLEN’s continued focus on institutionalising governance by combining founder-led values, professional management, and next-generation leadership. The institute said the strengthened board structure is designed to support sustainable growth while preserving its academic legacy.

Founded in 1988 in Kota, Rajasthan, ALLEN has evolved into one of India’s leading coaching institutions for competitive examinations such as JEE, NEET, Olympiads, and other national-level entrance tests. Over the past 38 years, the organisation has expanded its classroom and digital learning footprint across India and international markets.

Commenting on the appointments, Founder Govind Maheshwari said the transition reflects the institution’s confidence in the next generation of leadership.

“For over four decades, ALLEN has scaled new heights through the shared values, dedication, and hard work of our entire team. As we welcome the next generation into our Board of Directors, we do so with deep confidence that their energy and innovation will carry us forward. Together, we will realise our mission to educate all of India,” he said.

Founder Rajesh Maheshwari noted that the newly inducted directors have already worked across key areas of the organisation and possess a deep understanding of the institute’s culture and operations.

“We are delighted to welcome the Directors to the Board. Having worked across key areas of the organisation, they bring a strong understanding of ALLEN’s ethos. I am confident that their perspectives and commitment, alongside the experience of our Board and leadership team, will contribute meaningfully to ALLEN’s next phase of growth and our vision of building an enduring institution for the next century,” he said.

Founder Naveen Maheshwari added that the founders would continue to support the institution in an advisory role while the new leadership takes on greater responsibility.

Among the newly appointed directors, Aviral Maheshwari said his priorities would include strengthening ALLEN’s legacy through investments in academic excellence, technology-enabled learning, faculty development, student well-being, and governance.

“This appointment is both a privilege and a responsibility that I embrace with great humility. My focus will be on strengthening ALLEN’s legacy while preparing the organisation for the future,” he said.

Anand Maheshwari highlighted the growing role of technology in education, saying his focus would be on combining strong academic systems with intelligent use of technology to improve learning outcomes and career readiness.

Meanwhile, Keshav Maheshwari said the institution’s next phase would focus on expanding access to quality education while embracing emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.

“Our task is not only to protect what ALLEN is, but to reimagine what it can be—embracing new ideas and AI while staying true to our ethos,” he said.

Board Director Uday Shankar described the governance transition as an important step in ALLEN’s evolution, noting that the institution’s strengthened governance framework brings together founder experience, next-generation perspectives, and professional management under the leadership of CEO Nitin Kukreja.

The three newly inducted directors have already played significant operational roles within the institution. Aviral Maheshwari, associated with ALLEN’s leadership since 2014, has worked on modernising operational processes and strengthening organisational capabilities. Anand Maheshwari, who joined in 2019, has focused on enhancing the institute’s digital ecosystem and integrating technology into academic delivery. Keshav Maheshwari has led ALLEN’s international business since 2019, overseeing its overseas expansion and initiatives supporting Indian students globally.

The board expansion comes as India’s education sector continues to evolve rapidly, with institutions increasingly investing in technology, governance, and global expansion to meet changing student expectations.
