Hearzap Acquires Amplifon India’s Hearing Healthcare Business
Hearzap completes Amplifon India acquisition, expanding to 420 centres and targeting INR 250 crore revenue by FY27.

Hearzap has completed the acquisition of Amplifon India’s hearing healthcare business, following the definitive agreement announced in May 2026. The transaction is backed by investor 360 ONE Asset Management.
The acquisition adds around 240 hearing care points of sale, including 115 directly operated locations, along with Amplifon India’s clinical teams and customer base.
Following the deal, Hearzap’s network has expanded to 420 centres across India, supported by more than 1,000 service providers. The company is targeting a 500-centre network by 2027.
Hearzap will integrate Amplifon India’s operations over the next 12 months while maintaining continuity of clinical services and retaining existing professionals.
The combined business is expected to generate more than ₹230 crore in revenue after integration. Hearzap is targeting revenue of around ₹250 crore by the end of the current financial year and nearly ₹500 crore by FY2029.
The company plans to invest in new centres, expansion into underserved markets, AI-enabled diagnostics, tele-audiology, rehabilitation services and clinical training. It also plans to work with healthcare institutions, insurers and community health programmes to expand hearing care access.
