Los Angeles-based marketing technology startup Clouted has raised USD 7 million in a seed funding round led by Slow Ventures, with participation from several global investors including Gold House Ventures, Weekend Fund, LINE-Yahoo’s Z VC, and Iterative.

The funding round also saw continued backing from existing investors such as a16z Speedrun, AppWorks, Peak XV, Antler, and Hustle Fund. A number of angel investors, including industry executives and technology leaders, also participated in the round.

Alongside the funding announcement, Clouted has launched its Distribution Intelligence platform, an AI-driven system designed to make viral marketing more consistent and measurable. The company said the platform acts as an infrastructure layer that helps brands scale content performance over time.

Founded in 2024 by Justin Gorriceta-Banusing and Adriel Yong, Clouted focuses on providing AI-powered tools for consumer and entertainment brands. Its platform uses autonomous AI agents to convert raw video content into optimised formats for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

According to the company, the newly raised capital will be used to expand its distribution intelligence capabilities, grow its creator network, and accelerate its presence in gaming and streaming segments.

Clouted said its system analyses brand and customer data to generate campaign strategies and execute them across multiple channels. It also aims to continuously improve performance by learning from past campaigns.

With the latest funding and product launch, Clouted is positioning itself in the growing market for AI-driven marketing tools, as brands increasingly look for data-led ways to reach and engage audiences online.
