HyugaLife, a Mumbai-based health and wellness e-commerce platform, has raised INR 100 crore (about USD 10.5 million) in a Series A funding round led by IvyCap Ventures, with participation from First Bridge Fund.

The latest funding follows a USD 6.3 million seed round in February 2024 backed by Peak XV and Spring Marketing Capital. Existing investors also include Stride Ventures, Getvantage, and Indian cricketer KL Rahul.

Founded in 2022 by Anvi Shah, Neehar Modi, and Sachin Parikh, HyugaLife operates as a digital marketplace focused on proteins, supplements, and wellness products. The platform serves as a one-stop destination for categories such as sports nutrition, health foods, and personal care, catering to athletes, fitness enthusiasts, working professionals, and families across India.

The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its technology and supply chain capabilities. It aims to strengthen AI-driven personalisation features, build a network of dark stores to enable faster deliveries, and establish an offline retail presence.

HyugaLife’s business model centres on product authenticity and quality assurance. It sources products directly from brands without involving third-party sellers. Through its “H-Tested” programme, the company conducts independent lab testing on a significant portion of its catalogue, with reports publicly available on product pages. These tests include checks on nutritional composition and the presence of heavy metals.

The platform currently lists more than 450 brands and over 10,000 products across proteins, supplements, health foods, and wellness categories. Its parent company, Pratech Brands, also operates Neesan Ventures and Inaari, a natural healthcare brand focused on female hormone health.
