Chapter Home, a technology-led home and kitchen company, has raised INR 63 crore through a mix of equity and debt from Bessemer Venture Partners, Stride Ventures, influencer Tanmay Bhat and a group of family offices. The round values the company at close to INR 1,000 crore, according to the company.
Founded in 2025 by Nitin Chugh, Akarsh Bharadwaj, Shrey Mittal, Dhiraj Jain and Dheeraj Goyal, the company is building consumer brands across home furnishings, cookware, home décor and small kitchen appliances.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen product development, expand into new categories, invest in technology and brand building, and scale omnichannel distribution. The company is also working on its first physical retail touchpoints.
“The home and kitchen market in India remains highly fragmented despite being a very large consumer opportunity. We believe there is significant headroom for multiple new-age, consumer-focused brands to emerge in this space and build sizable businesses. Consumers are increasingly looking for better-designed products, trusted quality, strong functionality and a superior overall experience online and in store and we see a meaningful opportunity to build for those needs. That is why we are building focused brands for each category across Home & Kitchen,” said Nitin Chugh, founder of Chapter Home.
