Post-funding, Hara Global Capital now holds a 13.33% stake in Swish, while Accel India owns 27.24%. Co-founders Aniket Sunil Shah, Sureshkumar Sarana, and Ujjwal Sukheja each retain a 16.38% stake.

The fresh funds will enable Nuuk to expand its product portfolio, covering home environment solutions, vacuum cleaners, and meal preparation appliances. The company also plans to venture into smart IoT devices and high-performance home solutions.

This new funding will enable Spyne to accelerate its growth, particularly focusing on expanding its footprint in the US and developing cutting-edge AI solutions to transform automotive retail.
