Early investor Fireside Ventures has made a partial exit through the sale of secondary shares.

The agreement, signed between the parties, will see ChrysCapital buying the majority stake from the promoters and existing investor ICICI Venture.

Founded in 2011 by IIT and Harvard alumnus Sameer Maheshwari, HealthKart is a consumer nutrition platform, operating digital-first brands like MuscleBlaze, HK Vitals, and Gritzo across key nutrition segments.

The Gurugram-based eyewear brand received a USD 100 million investment last year from a private equity group, ChrysCapital.
