B2B engineering equipment marketplace Wootzwork has raised USD 6.6 million in a Series A funding round led by Z47, with continued participation from Nexus Venture Partners and AdvantEdge Founders, and new investor Stride Ventures joining the round.
The Delhi-based startup previously secured USD 3.5 million in seed funding in August 2023, led by Matrix Partners India and Nexus Venture Partners. With the latest investment, the company’s total funding now stands at nearly USD 10 million.
According to the company, the fresh capital will be used to expand its global engineering and program teams, support larger and more complex OEM programs, and scale its manufacturing control systems across multiple regions.
Founded in 2023 by Karan Anand and Himanshu Uniyal, Wootzwork provides advanced engineering and manufacturing solutions to original equipment manufacturers.
The company operates across India and Southeast Asia, with teams based in India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Italy. It combines engineering services, precision manufacturing, and digitally governed quality systems to deliver manufacturing outcomes at scale.
Industry estimates suggest that 15–30 percent of expected savings from offshoring are often lost due to coordination challenges such as delays, rework, quality issues, and management strain.
Wootzwork aims to address these gaps by acting as a single manufacturing partner for complex industrial programs across India and Southeast Asia, while enabling onshore production where required. The company says it maps and governs capacity across regions, helping reduce timelines and improve visibility from raw material sourcing to final delivery.
Over the past year, Wootzwork reports delivering cross-border programs for more than 22 global enterprises across 12 international trade lanes. It has activated over 300 suppliers, executed more than 30 million parts and assemblies, and maintained over 98 percent on-time delivery and quality compliance under stringent global standards and customer requirements worldwide. This performance reflects growing demand for coordinated manufacturing programs across industries and regions.
