Digital experience testing and measurement company Mozark has raised USD 40 million in a Series B funding round led by International Finance Corporation and RMB Capitalworks, with participation from Kalaari Capital, the company said in a press release.

The Singapore-headquartered startup had earlier secured USD 10 million in funding from VentureSoul Partners, BlackSoil, and other investors.

According to the company, the fresh capital will be used to support global expansion and pursue strategic acquisitions.

Founded in 2019 by Chandrasekar Ramamoorthy, Kartik Raja and Fabien Ranaudineau, Mozark provides digital experience testing and measurement services to enterprises, telecom operators, public-sector organisations and regulators.

Its platform allows organisations to test digital services by executing scripted user journeys on real devices operating across live networks and locations. This process generates synthetic experience telemetry that helps identify performance gaps across the AI-native technology stack, including applications, artificial intelligence systems and the infrastructure supporting them.

Mozark said real-world digital performance often varies across geographies, devices, networks and infrastructure environments. These differences can widen gaps in digital quality and limit adoption, productivity and inclusion. The company’s platform is designed to address these challenges by enabling consistent digital experience regardless of location, device or network.

The system helps organisations identify performance issues at the root level, including data centres, networks, hardware and power infrastructure. This allows companies and institutions to address technical problems before they affect users.

The platform also supports sovereignty-ready deployments and provides an independent measurement layer for monitoring digital performance. According to the company, this approach helps improve reliability, transparency and service outcomes for organisations and regulators.

Mozark currently serves more than 50 enterprise and government clients across over 20 countries, including telecom operators, regulators, financial institutions, and global digital-native companies.

According to the company, its systems operate on several thousand live devices simultaneously and have already executed more than 25 million tests, supporting benchmarking and large-scale user experience analytics.
