Bacancy Systems, a startup focused on turnkey technology solutions, has raised INR 40 crore in a Series A funding round led by Sabre Partners and Greenstone Capital. Both investors have taken minority stakes through primary investments.
The startup said the funds will be used to expand manufacturing capacity, speed up product development, strengthen research and development, and grow its presence in international markets.
Founded in 2021 by Binal Patel, along with Krunal Patel and Hardik Sheth, Bacancy builds embedded electronics and power systems for electric vehicles and railway applications. It focuses on developing intellectual property-led products across hardware, firmware, and cloud technologies.
Bacancy provides solutions for electric vehicle manufacturers and charging infrastructure companies, including DC charger controllers and related systems. It is also entering the railway electronics segment with train control systems, converter controls, and remote monitoring platforms.
The company aims to scale operations and enhance R&D as it targets growth in EV infrastructure and railway modernisation over the years.
